declares the data collected through this site confidential. The City of Minneapolis and our vendor will
not disclose the contents to any third parties or to its employees and agents, unless such employees
and agents have agreed to maintain the same confidentiality and only to the extent that their duties
require their need to know the contents of this site (except as required by the Minnesota Government
Data Practices Act, Statute Ch. 13). The City of Minneapolis and its vendor will not market or use the
data contained in the call lists for any purpose nor distribute same for any reason other than community
notification regarding emergencies, and all such collected data shall remain private and confidential.
